This 1994 postcard was created by the National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE) as part of a campaign about violence against women and children. The front features an illustration and story about domestic violence, while the back sends a message to the Prime Minister urging funding for women’s shelters and rape crisis centres. Supporters were also asked to send a copy to NUPGE so it could keep track of the number of postcards sent.
