Concerned Citizens for Choice on Abortion (CCCA) was a British-Columbia-based group operating in the late 1970s and into the 1980s that organized for the repeal of anti-abortion laws. Endorsed by more than 100 organizations, CCCA supported national actions on abortion rights and called on provincial governments to legalize free-standing abortion clinics and to include clinics under Medicare.
