Women Against Free Trade

Women Against Free Trade was established in Toronto in 1988 to help advocate against the Canada-United States Free Trade Agreement. The organization expressed their opposition to the agreement and raised awareness of its impacts on the economy, childcare, unemployment insurance, public health clinics, government funding for social services, and more.
