The Canadian Abortion Rights Action League (CARAL) / Canadienne pour le droit a l’avortement (ACDA) Newsletter was published from 1975 to 1984 from the National Office in Toronto. It contained news about the work of CARAL/ACDA chapters across Canada as well as articles about provincial and national political and legal actions regarding abortion. It was replaced in 1985 by Pro-Choice News.
The Canadian Abortion Rights Action League (CARAL) / Canadienne pour le droit a l’avortement (ACDA) Newsletter provided information and updates on the pro-choice campaign in Canada. The organization was originally called the Canadian Association for the Repeal of the Abortion following its founding in 1974, but the name was changed in 1980.
