Minerva is the membership newsletter of the Canadian Congress for Learning Opportunities for Women (CCLOW). CCLOW is a national, non-profit organization which promotes equality of access and equal opportunities in education and learning.  It knows that learning is a major avenue through which women can gain economic equality.
