In July 1983, an attempted firebombing of the Morgentaler Clinic upstairs severely damaged the Toronto Women’s Bookstore which was then located at 85 Harbord Street. As a result, he bookstore was forced to relocate to 73 Harbord Street. This undated photo of still-empty shelves was taken during the move.
