This poster was created in the early 1990s for the Ontario Women’s Directorate as part of its “Job Opportunities for Women” campaign, which promoted women’s participation in non-traditional occupations. It highlights Carole Harrison who joined the skilled trades as a machinist. The design features a column of white text on a red background, paired with a photo of Carole at her work station in a factory assembly line.
