Citizens Inquiry into the Extradition of Leonard Peltier This 1977 poster is a call to action for a citizens inquiry into the extradition of American Indian Movement (AIM) activist, Leonard Peltier, to the United States. The poster contains a brief background on Peltier’s case, as well as a list of demands for the Independent Inquiry. A list of supporters of the inquiry are printed on both the right and left sides of the poster, along with the affiliations or locations of the individuals. This material is reproduced here with the permission of Press Gang, a feminist printing and publishing collective active in Vancouver from the early 1970s to 2002.
