1991 poster promoting a “Come Kiss the Rag Goodbye” event taking place at Graceland on September 8th, 1991. The event honoured the last regular issue of the feminist publication The Lesbian Rag, which would be published in November 1991. Advertised as a wake for Diversity, the event celebrated the publication’s achievements and mourned its loss. Guests were asked to wear suitable funeral attire and donate to their favourite lesbian cause. The poster features the quote: “born wild, lived hard, died young.”
