This undated poster calls for “Fair pay for all our labour” and asks whether the work of one male executive is comparable in worth to that of a female secretary, mother of three, executive, and domestic worker combined. It highlights the issue of pay equity and undervaluing of women’s work.  The poster was commissioned by the British Columbia Government Employees’ Union (BCGEU) and is a project of the Centennial Labour Committee.
