This book jacket is for the book of poetry, Life, Love and Unions, by Helen Potrebenko. It was published in 1987 by Lazara Publications and printed in Canada.The layout features the book cover design and cover photo by Beverley Jaworkski.  It also includes author information, excerpts from reviews of her earlier poetry collection Walking Slow, and photographic and graphic elements associated with labour and social activism. The visual design reflects themes of working-class life, feminist politics, and union organizing.
