This 1993 poster was created by the Ontario Federation of Labour Women’s Committee to mark December 6th the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. It highlights the slogan “No means No… it’s the Law” and calls on the government to implement gun control, enforce the “No means No” law, increase funding for shelters and crisis centres, and support educational initiatives.
