Undated poster advertising a demonstration, teach-in, and film screening in solidarity with the people of Chile and their resistance to the military dictatorship that overthrew the democratically elected socialist government of Salvador Allende in a coup d’état backed by the United States on 11 September 1973. Following the coup, the country was ruled by a military junta headed by General Augusto Pinochet. The solidarity actions took place on Saturday, November 3, in Vancouver.
