This undated poster was created in the early 1990s for the promotion of “Career Steps”, a program to prepare women to join the WITT (Women in Technology & Trades) fields. The program was sponsored by the federal government of Canada through the Youth Employment Strategy program. The graphic features a woman in white, plain clothes with a yellow hardhat, standing on a beam while being lifted into the sky above the city. The design uses multicoloured texts in yellow, navy, black and white in contrast to the blue skyline.
