Letter to B.C. Attorney General and Minister of Health Services – March 10, 1970

This letter was written by the Women’s Caucus to the British Columbia Attorney General, Leslie Peterson, and to the Minister of Health Services and Hospital Insurance, Ralph Loffmark. It asks for an open meeting with them about Women’s Rights including the right to therapeutic abortion, birth control information, pregnancy testing, and sterilization. It asks the provincial government to become active on issues such as time limits, facilities, funding for Catholic hospitals, and abortion committees.
