Eatons on Legal Strike

This 1984 flyer by Eaton’s employees asks “valued friends and customers” to support the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union and employees of Eaton in their legal strike action. It calls on supporters to stop shopping at Eatons until they meet union demands regarding bereavement leave, statutory holidays, vacations, sick and welfare plans, pension plans, and lunch hours, among other issues.
