Words That Count Women Out/In

This undated pamphlet by the Ontario Women’s Directorate provides a guide on language to use that is inclusive to both women and men. The pamphlet discusses the importance of bias-free language, and how to respond to arguments against it. This pamphlet also aims to subvert a culture of harmful, discriminatory, exclusionary language by suggesting simple changes to make our language more inclusive.
